Why We Built This
Concrete math is simple in theory — length × width × thickness, divided by 27 — but easy to get wrong under time pressure, especially once you're converting inches to feet, comparing bag sizes, or working out how much extra to order for waste. We built a calculator for every common pour shape so you don't have to redo the arithmetic by hand or guess.

Every formula on this site follows standard, industry-recognized concrete volume calculations. We default to a conservative 10% waste factor because job sites are never perfectly level, but every input — waste percentage, bag size, and pricing — is fully editable so you can match your exact conditions.
